Standard Operating Procedure for Code 3: Police Callouts Personnel
1. Account Registration & Discord Verification
All applicants and community members must register an official personnel account. Click Register in the top header to select either Register via Discord ID (manual 18-digit Snowflake ID) or Register via DISCORD (automated OAuth2 verification).
2. Automated Discord Bot Direct Message (DM) Dispatch
When a Moderator or Command Officer adjudicates your application inside the STAFF PANEL (Accept, Place on Hold, or Deny), our Discord Bot immediately dispatches an official notification to your Discord Direct Messages.
3. Departmental Clearance Hierarchy
